When I notification for a message use app and takes to me

it did say user deactivated so they left right. Now I can't even get
to any messages it looks like I have to accounts one my interest are wrong zip code wrong , Info different I'm premium the other one has basic with same picture I don't know what is happened I've been having issues app not working I'll be back thanks you |
