I keep seeing in a lot of the profiles "No Games, No Drama" F**K! I love some Trivial Pursuit, and I'm totally bad-assed at Checkers. I love games.(don't get me started on cribbage, yo!) And as far as Drama, the theater rocks!! I saw "Oklahoma" twice!
Could someone please explain?? |

Seriously though, What in the world do those terms mean? Everyone acts as if they're self defining, but I'm not getting it. I mean any time you go into a new relationship, obviously it's a "game" ie: How do I make this person like me, lust for me, marry me, etc..
And, as far as "drama", what is more dramatic than meeting someone new and engaging in a romantic involvement. I mean three quarters of the movies and telivision shows you watch exploit this "drama". AND YOU LOVE TO WATCH THEM!!! So to me, the concept of "games" and "drama" seems integral to any sort of romantic/sexual encounter. So what's going on? What am I missing? |

YOU ARE NOT MISSING MUCH.
MY OPINION (AND ONLY MY OPINION) THIS IS WRITTEN BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE EITHER BEEN HURT OR HAVE CERTAIN EXPECTATIONS WHEN THEY MEET SOMEONE. I SEE MEETING NEW PEOPLE AS AN ADVENTURE. I LOVE MAKING NEW FRIENDS, BUT SOME PEOPLE HERE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR THE "ONE". FUNNY HOW WOULD U KNOW THEY ARE THE ONE IF YOU DONT KNOW THEM. |
