The other day I sat on some gum in my favorite pair of pants. And now it is stuck to the a$$ of them. I thought maybe washing them would get it off. Boy was I wrong. Is there a way I can remove the gum from my a$$?

Have you tried ice? Rub ice on the gum and it freezes. Once the gum is hard remove

I agree with the freezer trick. Once I got some all over a new jacket and it worked!

Try "Goop-Off" or "Goo-Gone" Brand name, it smells but it works good. I had it in my dryer once.

The only ways other than freezing will leave a stain...
However, if you want to get a stain out, try vegetable oil. It will disolve the bond between the gum and the pants. However, be sure you can remove the resulting stain first, or you end up with a spot on your rear! |

There are dozens of different ways to work on this actually. It depends on what kind of gum and what kind of fabric you're dealing with.
Go to these links for some ideas: http://www.ehow.com/how_7309_remove-gum-clothing.html http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Gum-from-Clothes http://www.thriftyfun.com/tf197004.tip.html http://kitchen.robbiehaf.com/LaundryTips.html Hairspray, Peanut Butter, Egg Whites, Goof Off(TM), WD-40(TM), Hot Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, and on and on... Scroll down those pages since there are lots of reader comments on some of 'em. From what I could see the microwaved vinegar got good reviews. Good Luck! |

i just throw them away and move on in life. You do not understand these pants. They are my perfect fit pair. They fit so comfortbly, and look great to boot. Now why I would I want to throw them out? Who knows how many years it will take for me to find another perfect pair. |

aaaaw, just throw them outside in the snow for an hour, then pick the gum off, or try Ky jelly, work it into the gum, then eventually, it will fall out.
