OH I wasn't using a power tool when the block broke and came down on my finger. But when I mention wanting to do repairs, and power tools everyone runs for some strange reason

Good luck with that! I changed directions with my business this year. Doing roofing/siding/windows/gutters now. The remodeling stuff got old.
Or maybe it was me that got old... . .

I do need new windows, and the siding replaced, gutter need a good cleaning also
