Well I have had a subscription issue and had sent out innumerable mails to the billing and support section.....not a single reply yet.....!! Is there really such a section out there or it all a farce....

Tried it once. Got three unhelpful form letters, then nothing.

Is there really such a section out there or it all a farce.... When you have contacted them have you told them what the issue you are having is??
