Well I have had a subscription issue and had sent out innumerable mails to the billing and support section.....not a single reply yet.....!! Is there really such a section out there or it all a farce....

Tried it once. Got three unhelpful form letters, then nothing.

When you have contacted them have you told them what the issue you are having is??

Since you don't say here we have no clue if it is something we can help with or not.
