If we are all thousands of cells, nuclei, and other organisms, all connected to everything on this earth to complete one big picture, what makes us think we have to be anymore than we are?

What we have been given from birth was the gift of conformity.
Every single day, we do what has been taught to us from birth:
To eat, to drink, to relieve ourselves, to sleep, to think, to work, and etc.

But what if none of that mattered in this life?
What if we could live without all of that?

If a child was born out in the wilderness and he was left there, away from any human being, away from any city or town, away from anything that could make him think differently, what would happen to that child?
It's like the theory of the tree falling and no one is around to see or hear it.
What if, since the boy was never introduced to the "normal" way of living that he trandscended into something even greater.

We do not know if he will live or die because nobody is there to witness it.
All we do know is that he will die because we believe we need these little things in life to keep us alive.

For two months in Japan, a monk had meditated. For two months straight, he did not move, speak, or really anything else. He simply meditated. This became a big tourist spot.
After the two months, the monk was gone.
Perhaps he just went away to be in silence, or perhaps he trandscended into something even more: The big picture.

In order for us to live our lives, we have to work, we have to eat, we have to have some sort of belief, and we have to think that we need things.
We can not think any other way because we were not raised that way.

Religion is simply for someone who can not understand the unlimited possibilities that life has to offer.

A career is only something to make you feel that you are worth more than you are. Why worry about staying with one career the rest of your life, doing the same thing every day only to die... comepletely alone and with nothing to show for it.

If we were placed on this earth to simply live, then why do anything that really doesn't make you truly happy?
In order to live a real life, you have to take a lot of chances.
You have to **** up, you have to have your depressed times, you have to deal with the punches, and then you have to get up, shake it off, and learn.

Everything we do, at this very moment, defines our life.
If you can not enjoy the moment, you can not enjoy your life, period.

Read a good book, see a new city, get a new job, meet new people, go driving around, play some of your favorite music, and maybe even enjoy a nice glass of wine.
Whatever it is, enjoy it.

As soon as we can realize what this life is really about, there won't be anymore "****-ups", mistakes, worries, or stress.
As soon as we can understand reality as it truly is, we can begin to enjoy life.

And coming from someone who has truly lived, these words should not be taken lightly.

Enjoy your life. This could be your final moment

A much less complicated way of looking at it:

To want what you don't have makes one unhappy.
To want what you have, gives one joy in every moment.

But does this mean we don't strive for more?

No, it means when you strive for more, do so because you want
to experience the journey.

Enjoy the journey and you will have what you want,
In this way the journey is the joy one has sought all along.
