Bro listen. Once a cheater always a cheater. Try as you may to believe you can change someone. You cant. Let it go and try again. There are too many good girls out there to waste time trying to fix the bad ones. Same for the guys as well VERY TRUE DUDE...

The only words of wisdom I have is give it time. Time to deal with your hurt and anger and then, when you do meet someone, take your time in the relationship, don't jump in head first. But, don't give up on trust either, just keep reminding yourself that not everyone will do that to you. Whatever you do, though, wait to get involved until you're sure you've fully dealt with your feelings. It's not fair to you or anyone else to take past relationships out on another person.

Trust is something that has to be earned. I am just learning this myself. Also think about it as putting your life into someone elses hands. A heart is a very fragil thing and should never be taken lightly. Be honest straight out about your feelings but also use some wisdom.

i extend trust immediately and completely until that trust is betrayed. then i go cautiously still trying not to blame. i will extend the trust a couple more times. then i give up.

I hate to say it, but in my opinion . . the key to a successful relationship is to be comfortable with ALL your feelings.
Trust your gut feeling . .I find mine NEVER lets me down and thats how I know to trust :) |
