cant figure out how to use the microphone????anyone know?says its not hooked up when it is.special playmode to use it?

I'm taking a guess at it's the headset you got. So here's how to hook it up.

Make sure its plugged in to the bottom of a controller. You will need to be in a chat channel for a game or start a private chat with someone on your friends list. Which can be found in your chat and message menu when you hit the Xbox button on the middle of the control.

|
If nothing else works, sell your X-Box. Then, you will no longer have your problem.
