I called my yoingest son and told him to stay home and not bring my grandbaby down. I am terribly sick and do not want them sick.

It will be not as I had wanted, but my family is well and for that I am grateful. There was a time I would have called it sad and blah; but; all is well. It is what I make it.

Morena , Morena come on girl I'm here right now all alone well except my dog Sassy. But ya know what I chose to go make me a drink and I very seldom drink and sit here and write instead. I'm not sad yeah I wish I had that special one but ya know what unless they are gonna be the keeper I would rather stay alone. You see I'm not lonely I have so many here to talk to. I may be alone but I've decided this x-mas is not gonna get to me. Kids are grown and gone they have there own lives now. So taking this time to find that peace within that I need to before I move on. Love ya girlfriend and miss you as well.

Nothing better than a holiday to give us all a little extra time to evaluate our lives and ponder our existence:)

Kat - sorry you are sick, but better to put off the visit so the baby doesn't get sick, you are right about that.

Take care and make the best out of the day you can. A lot of us are alone this year, so we can hope the day goes by quickly. That is not the Christian way of thinking about Christmas, its true meaning, but hope everyone has a good day anyways.

Girl I'm still me but in the last year I have learned to see a few things a bit differnt. And I have learned one thing for sure listen to what is in there heart as well. I will not settle till I find the one that is true and is willing to give all. For I will either end my life sharing it with someone or I will remain alone. You see I might be alone but not lonely. Yeah don't get me wrong would love to have that one that can just blow my mind in every sense of the word. But.... until then I will wait.

I'm glad its over for me! I hate the pressure of the holidays, tonight will just be fun. I am going to dinner and a movie with my cousin, sister, and a friend. should be a blast!
