Other than coming across a t-chaser on here (and yes there are a couple) and lots of scammers, my advice is that since you are a sissy you might find better success on defined kink sites.

Also, if you are definitely after a serious relationship (and I note that you identify as trans) perhaps a dedicated site for transgender dating. Only pitfall with dedicated trans sites is the number of t-chasers.
