Anyone here with actual experience in Astral projection, teleportation and Lucid Dreaming?

I have been attempting lucid dreaming recently with varied success.

I have a lot of lucid dreams. Maybe even more than non-lucid ones.
As for AP, I'm not sure it is real. My research points to it being a hallucination. There are very few well-documented cases, so who knows. |

I have had lucid dreams often when it is a nightmare. No teleportation or AP that I recall but I sometimes think that thud one often feels is your soul returning to your body so maybe in a sense it is AP.
