I'm new to this site and I have been noticing that about 95% of the guys that are there to browse is below the age on 30. Can someone direct me to an option within this site to change that?

You can’t prevent anyone from viewing your profile but you can set email filters to prevent those that you’re not interested in from messaging you. You will have to access the fullsite to do this and you can do that here https://mingle2.com/inbox/filters Welcome to Mingle2. Di Site Moderator

Yes, go to mail, then mail settings to set the ages that can message you and then hit the update settings button and you're done.
