let me start by saying it is very sad... what is happening to our country and so many taking their lives... becouse of the down fall ... so many did not see coming ...and those that did with this pandemic ...

but here is my ? is Bipolar a disorder or a mental problem someone has ... or called both ...

it can be treated but it seems is always there... when something is out of your control ... u get angry and go off ... does that label mean... your crazy ... and that is what u should be know for ... even when you feel you might be right ... or just hold it inside ... to damage you further ... as it festers you with in you ... I joke a lot about some calling me crazy ... most of the time it is laughable but other time it hurts me ... am I or should I just let it go ... an laugh ... and keep the hurt inside ... I am puzzled with my self...as to what to do ... I do not like hurting other peoples feelings ...
when I go off ... I can't say all the time they deserve it ... but I feel they have pushed my buttons to far at times ...

Bipolar is a medical disorder. Some people are worst than others.

Men and women have this. Some or kind individuals.

Some people are just mean to others, this is not Bipolar.
They joy in being objective and rude constantly.

Bi-polar disorder is a bio-chemical imbalance that can be flattened out with medication like lithium but at the cost of a shortened life-span.
Personality disorders can't be treated or improved only medicated with stuff that turns you into a zombie.

Manic depressive is a chemical reaction that happens in a persons brain. When they're manic they feel on top of the world and have lots of energy. When they become depressive they are in a state of complete misery.

being bi polar myself and having PTSD is a chemical imbalance in our brain. things in life from our past triggers these emotions and we need meds to control it. suicide thoughts are with us or at least me everyday.

hi mystical waving bipolar is a mental mood disorder and people can have varying degrees of symptoms associated with depression or manic episodes ., it does not mean you are crazy and those who use such labels are ignorant and insensitive . Try to avoid anyone who brings you down
Or makes you feel less worthy than you are

Bipolar can be mild or severe and anything on between . At the severe spectrum psychosis (loss of touch with reality ) can be present ... this is perhaps where the misunderstanding stems from . Not everyone with bipolar has this degree of symptoms . Many function well and live full happy lives .

If you have been diagnosed likely you will have a treatment plan and an action plan to help you identify and deal with your triggers . For example increased stress can be enough to trigger symptoms . Having healthy ways to reduce and deal with stress can be helpful . Knowing your triggers and being aware of how you are feeling can also help you to know when to reach out and ask for help . .. especially during depressive episodes .

I always enjoy your contribution to the forum .. you post honestly and with thought ....don’t change .., you are you and I think you are lovely  waving
