Someone I could benefit,
By making a lover or a friend…

I faked my feelings,
And won your sympathy,
For me you were,
Just a solution,
To my problems,
To set me free…

Then you ghosted me,
That was a surprise,
You came back though,
With a thousand lies...

We reconnected,
I thought you had changed,
Now a better person,
But my motive was same,
Yet love slowly crept in my life,
Spreading fragrance,
Just like my name..

But it was a payback,
And now I have a heartbreak,
I have to contend,
Who to blame?
Who to defend,
I guess its only fair,
That Karma got both of us in the end..
