i have paid for the 3 months premiums plus the momey has already been took syraig away indecided tontake a break for a couple of days and when i have logged back in hadn to set my profile up again and has not gVe me my premium plis that instill habe 7 weeks left i have al email and bank proof how do i go about this this i have messaged them still waiting on reply i have paid for nothing they took money straight away bit will not gibe me what i have l have paid for i am new to this so don't really understand how it works has anyone else has this problem? thanks

I have the same problem I went off for a week and come back trying to get me to pay for it again that’s ******** That path advertised fix it or give me my total money back from the beginningget my money back or fix it

It appears the site doesn’t recognise you with the new account. The upgrade only applies to the account you upgraded and not the new one.
