Greetings,
Does anyone know / having same issue like we saw that someone message us, but when we check the mail. The message were not there. Is is kind of bug or error on this website or just me having this issue? Anyone? Thank you. |

It may be that they deactivated or were deactivated by the site.

Then how about our previous conversation? Also gone? Because I can still view their profile. If that user deactivate, surely we will get the the information that User's account has been deactivated right?

If that user deactivate, surely we will get the the information that User's account has been deactivated right? You wouldn’t receive notification that the member has deactivated. Some members deactivate instead of logout each time they leave the site. |

I check my inbox. But there is no message from that person. It's just dissappear... Have you tried to e-mail them for they might have blocked you if so the messages would dissappear as well due to being blocked.. There is no way for you to know they blocked you.. Forum Admin Kristi |

I see. I thought that when we or someone blocked us, the message from hereafter will disappear. But it seems that all the conversation (from day 1) also gone.
So I cannot prove that evidence. Forgot to screenshot. For example like Whatapps, when we / someone block them / us, the previous chat still there for our reference. By the way, thank you for all the help here. Appreciate that. |
