Makes people think you are boring,lazy and not serious ,many including me skip straight past a profile when I see it, also do you just sit and wait or send messages yourself??

Because you have no profile. Secondly, you can set who contacts you. Go to setting under your profile pic icon and then click on "Limit Who Can Send You Mail."

The main reason I would say is because your profile is bad. One thing a person should never put in their profile is "I'll Tell You Later". That is such a turn off. Makes you appear lazy. It takes a few seconds to fill the interests in so why not do it? Fill in your write up. Hi is not a write up. Interested people would want to know about you the person, what makes you tick, something that would peak their interest and make them want to contact you. Include something about the person you are looking for.
