Hard times make strong men. Strong men make good times. Good times make weak women. Weak women make weak men.

I don't really agree with your statements.
Not only are they gender biased they are inaccurate.

Our society is strongest in unity.
Each gender contributes to that unity but in different ways.
One without the other results in weakness but when combined, the result is strength.

For a very long time the gender separation created a separation of roles which were easily defined but as our society grows and unifies, that is no longer the case. Often the roles reverse or merge now.

Hard times cause people to change which has beneficial results for society in general.
We share our collective knowledge better than we did in the past.
It allows us to make changes before some of the hard times are upon us.
Since we work in unity, both men and women determine our current state of affairs.
