If someone ‘blocks’ an account, does a message come up saying the account has been ‘deactivated’?

No, if you have been blocked there will be no message till you send them 4-5 e-mails before they answer you back. Then the e-mail will only say they have to respond to you before you are allowed to e-mail them again.
If you get the response that they have been Deactivated it is due to they either Decactivated or the Site did it for them due to breaking the rules. We do not divulge which reason they are Deactivated. Forum Admin Kristi |

I have a member on my 'Who's On-Line' listing, but when I select her name, it notifies me that her account is 'deactivated'. If 'deactivated', how can her account still be visible on the site?

It is a possible glitch in th system for you should not still see the profile in Who's online.. Might want to make sure you have refreshed your page..
But the profile will show up for a bit even after they have been Deactivated it takes a few for the site to catch up on the Who's online.. By the next day it should not be showing up.. Even when a profile is banned by us it still shows on the Who is Online for a little while.. Forum Admin Kristi |
