You can’t prevent them from nudging, winking etc but you can block them once they do so by checking the Delete box. Di Site Moderator

You can't stop it, but you can disable them from messaging you, or if you suspect that they are bots, scammers, you can adjust your distance settings or age settings to attempt to stop them, assuming they actually read, care and are not computer animated.. Or.. You can stop being sexy.. that would work too.. ;)
