Topic: A Bed Of Surrender | |
---|---|
Who can fathom this grief?
The heart of the universe broken Stars fall from the sky like tears Shall i wish upon one? In every teardrop a glimmer of hope Washing the countenance Melting faces of stone Like spring rain on winter snow Faceless be Nothing to face up to No shame No blame No pain Only sweet release From what was The light of what is Flooding my vacant heart Like a beggar that finds a home And a bed of surrender To rest his weary mind Nothing to understand Everything to be We melt together In being alone |
