I dropped my watch
Its shattered glass
It broken hands
Left me to tell time with my heart
And then with a one word
My heart fell
And it to broke
Great was the breaking of it
The sound of crystal breaking on the floor
Then only silence
No longer a heartbeat
Just stillness
Just silence
But yet alive
So strange
Someplace that day
I misplaced my busy schedule
And laid on my back in a grassy knoll
Watching the clouds roll by during the day
And watching the stars falling at night
And i woke up
And i remembered
Why i came

For some reason this has a very “Alice in Wonderland”
sort of vibe. Well done there Cowboy! :)
