What if we redefined knowing god as an awareness of what is loving in this present moment.
Rather than a conglomeration of beliefs and notions about some foreign deity. What would that be like? What would it be like to stop making love into a god and just let our God be love? Could we let love define itself in its own unfolding ? Can we let it write itself on the fly? Can we let its story tell itself? Letting it consume us. Abandoning our self to being it? Fearless Within our own essence Timeless Within our own presence Fearlessly feeling the feeling of fear of love And letting it entertain us like a child watching a snake shed its skin Naked and unashamed Cloaked only in mystery Drawing hope from uncertainty Trusting the process as its happening Rather than processing the trust….. Into knowing the end from the beginning before it begins to begin. What would it be like to feel love like that? To see what we feel and feel what we see. Only those with eyes see the light But both the blind and the seeing feel the suns warmth. Can we know love from its warmth rather than its appearance? Without compromising our sensitivity for the sensation To stay resolved in being loving over an ambition to feel it To rest in compassion rather than be driven by passion Allowing life the luxury of taking joy in our being Quieting us with its love. And singing us into being |

Many people describe, including myself, not being able to
put into words what real love, being in love, feels like. It’s beyond words, like it’s beyond our senses. It’s, otherworldly. Anyhow, I sensed this in your write. Very nice CB. :) |
