In order to answer that you would have to contact support.
https://mingle2.com/welcome/contact_us Not saying they will remember for they deal with photos all day.. But if it was your main photo and your face was not clear enough, to see then that could be the reason.. Photo's that are a full pic and too far away will be deleted if used as your main one..
