Her hair black, silky smooth and long
Our hearts with the same rhythm and song
“Together we belong
Without error without wrong”
The ocean beating against the sand
Drowning the ground where we stand
Holding her waist and arm in hand
Her beauty beyond amend
The wind blowing her hair to the last strand
Surely love without pretend
Feelings without intent
Under the moonlight living that moment
Such is my dream a bachelor non contend

Her hair flickering and brown
My queen without a crown
Dancing in light of dawn
I watch her graceful as a swan
Nimble and quick like a fawn
Hoping to buy her a gown
Stammering without a verb or a noun
Beautiful in every town
Will she accept this lonely clown
Such is my dream a bachelor pawn

Her hair is crimson and red
The day she leaves I dread
She has beauty without grade
The red-haired princess of jade
My love for her is mad
Without her im lonely and sad
Holding the balance is a thread
Hoping we would wed
So is my wish as a bachelor before im dead.
