At the end of april of this year I moved to where im at to be with the person I was sure that i was going to be with for the rest of my life. Well recently she dumped me after all the things ive done for her. It was a week arter thanksgiving and for thanksgiving i had prepared an entire thanksgiving meal for just the two of us. Anybody got any suggestions of what I should do or words of comfort?

Just go find yourself a nice girl who appreciates nice guys. The ones that don't like nice guys end up regretting it down the road, because they're stuck with some @$$hole. And if they like being with @$$holes, then they have "issues". Don't give those types the time of day. Your time and energy is too good and important for them. They don't deserve it. So, yeah... go find a nice girl. They're hard to find these days, but they aren't extinct yet.

Life can go on. Also, in the grand scheme of things this could be good, as to make you stronger. Life is love however distract yourself with other things so you are not preoccupied with love; have love seek you don't wish to seek it.

Hero is right, nice guys are what women want its just taking the time to find one smart enough to look through all the BS in other @ssholes out there one that wants to make something out of her life with someone else not getting beer for a 50 year old guy that wouldnt even say thanks after you did it know what i mean :) move on look at the brighter side you didnt waste years on her like i did in my relationship :) good luck hope life brings you some good fortune.. take care

I have been known to throw a turkey carcass at an unappreciative date or two (it's good for the soul). God's doing you a favor and weeding out the unsuitable and undeserving ones for you.
