The Government had the opportunity to put him away for like in 2007-2008 and they gave him a weak plea deal where he admitted the crimes, got sentenced and served his time. If they proceed with this it violates the Double Jeopardy clause..... A judge still has to rule on this if it's even possible for this to proceed.

Everyone seems to be caught up in the politics of it. Of this guy was a personal friend of Clinton, Trump etc. etc.

Unless he's found to have committed a new crime then this is all just a waste of time. Unless the Feds are after a bigger fish...….

Notice that the Department of Justice isn't rushing through the Epstein case. Politicians and the very rich are ducking for cover. Even Bill Clinton tried to distance himself from Epstein in less than 24 hours.

Washington DC, Hollywood and really big money could find themselves being held accountable for what they've done. In the past most of the rich and powerful got away with it while lower level underlings took the rap.

If Epstein gets what he deserves, there's a fair chance he may kill himself. Or his fellow inmates may do in for him, if he got put in general population. Ether way, put a fork in him, he's done.

There are over 2 dozen people that were going to testify against the Clintons for various crimes through out their lives and all mysteriously committed suicide or died in plane crashes just days before testifying.
