thnx snuggs...i never did either...then my son and 17mo old granddaughter moved back home...so when i'm not at work i take care of her when he's at work and i just eat what she leaves on her teeny tiny plate then later when she's gone to be and i'm hungry...i'm just too tired to eat so i just don't...i eat whatever i want for lunch at work...junk or healthy depending on my mood and stopped keeping snacks in my desk drawer...sometimes i pig out on the wkend but usually not...i had one plate at thnxgiving and one piece of cake later...while everyone was lying around groaning w/bellyaches i'm like...c'mon let's go play some football!!!!!!
