Just recently joined a new gym cause I temporary moved, and was working out there and a little elderly man came up to me and said "you workout harder than most of the men here" which I said thank you , but he could deadlift a pretty impressive amount of weights himself. This new gym I secretly call a sissy gym cause not to many people lift weights they mostly do cardio.
