Perhaps you meant too much coffee is detrimental .. one to two cups a day can be healthy

I love coffee, its one of the things I love most, it might be the thing, no wait, its not the thing, but it might be one of my top things that I like, but then theres all the other stuff in life, and its kind of hard to keep up with all of the things, and thats why I love coffee, so I can focus on things and stuff yanno, and the flavors OMG THERE ARE SOO MANY FLAVORS OF COFFEE TO CHOOSE FROM, personally I like the dark roast although the light roast is good too, but im not sure which one is my favorite or if I have a favorite coffee, but I do have a favorite creamer and its the Almond Joy, and ohhhhhhh let me tell you about this shizzzzzzzy, it tastes EXACTLY like your eating the candy but of course your not, but it tastes like you are, and I dont allow myself to eat candy because its really fattening, although the creamer is probably even more fattening, no wait, well let me think, its probably the same or close to the same amount of calories, but you can work those off yanno, and I do that by drinking coffee...LOTS OF COFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE...like all day every day and and and...................................
