I love to dance. I mostly free style dance and slow dance. I've been told I dance well but it's been a long time so I'm not sure anymore.

I like dancing slow dance, two step! I am pretty good. I use to dance disco when I was younger. Many men can not dance.

Haven't done much lately, because I don't do Bars.
Prefer Live Piano Cafe or Hotel lounge.

I like a man that can Move !!

Of course I can dance!!! Have for years, been a couple months now. Prefer rock especially metal but will do some slow dancing, waltz, polka, two step, swing, and free style. Finding a partner is usually almost impossible!!! Most women anywhere near my age can't move and the younger ones are scared to dance with someone they don't know.

I can dance, yes! Used to do Scottish Country and English Country dancing. Then I had a spell doing Ceroc (a form of jive) and now I do ballroom and sequence dancing. I go to afternoon tea dances a couple of times in the week and also some Saturday evening dances. I love it! love

I always wanted to go to a ball, but I haven't learned ballroom dancing... yet. Maybe some day.

Not all Balls are ballroom dancing now a days. A lot of Classic Rock. Get your gown out of the trunk and find a guy that can wear a decent suit or tux!! Also, some Balls are charity events for some local cause!

I don't have a gown, lol

The ones I have in mind are a little more nostalgic... I think that's the right word. Or like in Cinderella, lol. A costume ball.

The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island has ballroom dancing every night, unfortunately I never did get a chance to go while working there this past summer.

Music moves me so I can dance to just about anything.

I have a problem with that tho,
Sometimes when I am dancing alone its a difficult thing for me to dance with someone.
Especially if the music isn't moving them.
This white boy has rhythm!

Sometimes to the evening dances, mostly the Scottish and English ones as she doesn't do ballroom or sequence.

Of all of the dances we practiced in the class at the local YMCA I liked to Waltz and the Rumba.

I eventually stopped because most of the women were married. I understand it was only a class to learn or practice but doing the Rumba with a married woman just felt weird.

I do the rumba and other dances with anyone who wants a partner for that dance. Some are married with their husbands in the room dancing with someone else, some have non-dancing husbands not present and some are not married, or living with someone.

These days, here in the UK, anything goes, dancing is a fun hobby a bit like going for long walks in a group of people. English country, Scottish country, Ceroc and ballroom, all need a partner for the dance but very few people dance exclusively with their spouse.

If it's different in the States, come and live in England! happy

I've just returned from a week of dancing at a hotel in Blackpool which has a fabulous ballroom where we danced every evening. On Thursday I spent the day at the famous Blackpool Tower Ballroom. Other days we walked. Can't wait till next year!

I understand social activities and the male-female interaction is significantly different on your side of the pond. I have had a number of conversations with some women from over there and the attitudes are entirely different.

I love to dance. It's a good exercise.
I would turn up the music and dance dance dance.
Anyone can do it. You don't have to have a partner
to dance.. so get up, turn on the music and
dance dance dance.

happy flowerforyou
