I don't do live- in, dating works fine, until there is a real relationship.

I'm a Romantic and believe in Chemistry .

For me distance is an issue for me when it comes to "dating".


1)Talking online or on the phone works for arranging dates but you don't get the same impression and feel for a person that way compared to being face to face IMO.

2)It takes time to get to know someone and the further away someone lives the harder it is spend time together.

3)There is also a financial issue due to travel, and possibly lodging, when dating someone in another county or state.

Those are the reasons why I told that 25 year old in Texas that I couldn't date her!!!

Sure ! You would have walked to her.

I wouldn't walk to her or anyone else....I have 2 vehicles that are paid for and both have under 75K miles so I could drive if I wanted to meet.
Plus if I wanted I COULD afford to pay cash to fly anywhere....I just WON'T fly to meet someone for a "date". I'm not some broke azz....I'm a smart azz.
