for yummy, there are really a lot of reasons why guys try to get back together. same reasons girls do. animals are possessive and we are animals - although not always so craven and sick as to be controlling thank goodness. with a genuine guy it will be obvious if it is not all about sex. and you will not have anxiety about getting back together with such an individual if you "take a break"...of course you probably would not need to "take a break" from him - rather you would likely fall into orbit of each other and be drawn together like twin stars. it happens like that sometimes....

That must be true Chief because my x husband refuses to leave me alone. I'm literally being driven crazy with his attempts to come back. Omg, as I was typing this his pain in the ass, ass is calling. OMG, somebody help me. I've been divorced for 2 years and separated 1 year before that.

WE come back becasue we think we love you when we were just really comfortable with you, this is a generalization as i believe your question was, There can always be other scenarios this is just a major one.

Guys, come back for all sorts of reasons. Maybe they did not know what they were feeling at the time of the break. Possible reality check. Had deeper feelings than they realized. The list goes on and on. Women come back also. Sometimes it is a good thing and sometimes it's not.
