I am new here and have questions. Who do I ask

You can just make a topic in what ever area you feel the auestion belongs. Then just ask youf question. Granted there will be somd technical answers and some joke answers depending on who answers. This is an international site. So some answers might not go with your beliefs or laws.

I'd report them first and then block. It's much more effective!!

And there are many fake people on this site too. You'll become familiar with the "tell tale" signs. But once you find real people the effort will be worth it.

It is no secret men are highly visual creatures so the photos you put on your profile will likely influence the responses you receive .. if you are concerned , look at how men may interpret your images and how your profile represents you ...sadly even a pouty photo can be sexually suggestive and like Waving a red flag at a bull .

Set filters as to who can contact you

Report and block anyone who sends offensive messages . I don't think there are limits on this function .
