It is the time zone here. We have Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones. :) Eastern time right now is 5:41pm Central time right now is 4:41pm Mountain time right now is 3:41pm and Pacific time right now is 2:31pm

oh, i love that site! i wish i'd have found it in my earlier bread days, but it sure has calmed my nerves and and helped point me in the right direction more than once! winning with king arthur!!!

I'll have to check out more recipes on the site. I was just looking up bread recipes and found that one.

It's not just the recipes, but they have lots of information for both novice and expert bakers alike I think they even have some video information available on their site, but there's stuff available on YouTube as well. It may be the same Source but either way it's their information and good to have available when you need it or want it
