I remember watching police who called to attend a domestic disturbance. After the abuser was in handcuffs his wife the victim attempted to grab one of the members sidearms. She went to jail as well. Police hate to be called to domestics. Aside from the threat of possible violence from the victim after the abuser is in custody then there is the occurences of the victim not following through on criminal charges. If I ever did runb into someone beating up their wife or girlfriend I would defend the lady.

And if he puts the abuser in the hospital, that person got what they deserved. The courts can't babysit us 24/7. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do to prevent abuse. |
