Well yes and no... I'm familiar with New England now and I feel safe where I'm going, that's going to definitely help as I welcome the new into my life.

I need an organic natural lubricant kind of oil to help rehydrate my skin, something that won't clog the pores and cause more problems. Fractionated coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil work great for that. Maybe grapeseed oil will too... I'll have to do some more research to find something that smells more pleasant... Oh, just messaged my old boss and said no thank you! You can buy essential oils to add to if you want to change the smell

You can buy essential oils to add to if you want to change the smell That's a good idea KitKat, thanks. I didn't think I could change the smell of coconut though. I like coconut, but it would be difficult to get help putting it on my back if the person helping doesn't like it

I don't think coconut oil has a really strong coconut smell... At least I don't think so but yes you can add to any to change or enhance... Just make sure your coconut oil is warm enough to be liquid easier to mix

If it solidifies then it's not good for your skin, it will clog it. The fractionated coconut oil doesn't solidify so that's the kind to use. I was using the other kind, organic virgin coconut oil and my niece told me about the fractionated. It makes sense.

I've tried a few thru out the years but mainly stick with olive oil to make my sugar scrub

I like olive oil too. I use the stuff at work right now for my hands. So far they haven't been cracking like they did last winter. I gotta get to work but would love to know what you use for your sugar scrub?

Ok but it's complicated Ready... Sugar Olive oil I've tried many combos and I'll still mix it up occasionally with different oils but that's what I use everyday. Almond scent is comforting for me, lemon cheers me up and energizes, eucalyptus when I've got a cold... I'll add Dawn dish soap to it for my hands when I've been changing the oil on the car or digging in the dirt and forgot gloves I don't think there's any right or wrong, you just need to experiment and find what works best for you.

This should be 24hrs open ! Everyone is sleeping by 8 I was in bed at 7:30 last night. Mountain time, but yes, it seems we're all early to bed and early to rise around here. Doors still open though and your welcome to make some coffee anytime Toody Thanks but No. I don't make coffee ! I like to drink it, after someone else makes it !

That's a pretty easy recipe... Thanks! I've used those other scents as well. Not the almond but eucalyptus and lemon. Also lavender, cedar (in baths) and sage.
