God created Adam and Eve. Adam's third son, Seth, had a wife that sort of.. popped out of nowhere. Although the Bible said God created Adam and Eve, it never stated those were the only two people he created.. Could it be that God created more people around the same time as Adam and Eve? On a side note, could God have created many more planets around the same time as Earth? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

God never meant scripture to be descriptive of every person who lived. Only the ones who played a specific part in his plan.

the most simplistic and true response that comes to mind is that God can do all things.
The bible does say Adam begat sons and daughters, and he lived nearly 1000 years. Genesis 5 When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth. 4 After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. 5 Altogether, Adam lived a total of 930 years, and then he died. |
