i don't think its the worst , i have tried many
unlike other sights where you have to pay to find out that you have a message from a scammer (come to find out a lot of them would offer lady's over sea's free account's to raise there numbers up, so i can't really blame the sight per say), this sight is free to use email, searches and forums

but that is just my observation <shrug>
i can not tell you why others do what they do , most times i can guess and for sure give you my opinion but other then that <shrug>
