Oh this is SO true! I am a redhead to the bone with fair skin and freckles. I try to convince myself that just maybe this summer I'll finally get a tan. Hah! I burn and end up with more freckles. Try being the only freckle faced redhead in a family of blondes. It will either make full of P & V 
One thing about being a redhead, we are almost expected to be stubborn and have tempers. When we do pitch a fit folks ususally turn the other way. "She's just having a redhead moment".

I love redheads! I'm more strawberry blond now but had much darker red hair in my younger days. Dated a redhead in high school. Holy cow, any more passion and we could have spontaneously combusted.
It's true that we do have fiery tempers. I've found redheads to be more "down to earth" and very passionate people as well. Of course, that could just be the type of individuals I gravitate towards. And yes, mnhiker, true redheads have curtains that match the carpet.

Red hair seems to be attractive for both sexes. The frist thing my fromer mother-in-law said to me is "I should have known you were a red head." My 14 yr old son got so tired of the attention, he dyed his hair dark brown.
