Well she did suggest we meet for a friendly lunch. That's what it was, a lunch date with a lovely lady who is a friend.

She wanted to meet you, Poetry. She liked you enough to want to meet you, silly goose! Now it's your turn to invite her for a friendly lunch ... or dinner. Don't forget to bring a red rose ok..... and take a shower before you meet. A freshly showered look is very appealing.

But I already had my yearly shower... Naw Rosie, it was just a friendly lunch date. She was on her way back home from going to see her brother in New York and she suggested she stop and buy me lunch. She is a sweet lady but sadly too young for me.

OT: Met 1 but when the time is right I want to get my passport, meet and pick River up and go to meet Rosie since she is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Zilch, I guess I'm just to shy

More then a dozen back when it was JustSayHi I started a thread in the Texas Forum got to chatting with several that lived in Texas.. Ended up having a cook out at my house first some drove 3-4 hours to get here those stayed at my house for the weekend.. Then we had a meet in Houston and myself and a few drove the 4 hours there.. Then we all met @ Pala Dura Canyon for the weekend... at times there was about 4-6 that made all the meets.. Most the time we had up to 15 at the meets... These were all just with friends type thing.. but a few did get together...

As far as dates now hummm like 4 ~~~ seems the friends worked out better

I would love to find someone who is worth the time to meet em tbh it seems anyone over in the UK is fake or just ****ed up but yeah guess that's the same for most women in england and if anyone got a problem with what I said sweet prove me wrong

Because this site is international, it is very difficult to find someone who is in the right age range and lives close enough to me (in England) for a meeting to be worthwhile. So I chat with many, all ages and countries but with no real intention to meet. I admit I have a couple of offers from the right age, but more than two hours drive from me. I appreciate that 'two hours' is 'next door' for Americans used to long distances, but for me two hours to get there and another two to get home means that meeting someone for lunch could take a whole day! Not that I'm looking, I like reading these forums instead.
