 That would be nice. There are guys that go around on bicycles to scoop it up. They have carts behind them to carry the poop in. Not sure I'd want that job... especially in the middle of the summer when it's hot and buggy. 
Well don't guess it matters in winter.. But no, I wouldn't want to be a pooper scooper peddler...
