I've looked online and only find recipes for rumballs made with sugar wafers.... what the...?
I want a good old fashioned recipe, if anyone has one they'd like to share I'd appreciate it. Thank you! |

Chocolate Walnut Rum Balls
Ingredients: 1 cup Walnuts, ground or finely chopped 2 cups Grated bittersweet chocolate 1 1/2 cup Sifted confectioner's sugar 4 tablespoons Rum Cocoa powder Directions: Combine nuts, sugar, and chocolate. Moisten with rum to form a stiff dough. Form into small balls and roll in cocoa to coat. |

Lena`s Rum Balls
Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 4 cups icing sugar 3/4 cup chopped nuts 1/4 cup rum 1/4 cup cocoa chopped nuts or coconut for rolling Directions: Melt butter. Mix in icing sugar, chopped nuts, rum and cocoa. Chill until firm. Shape into balls and roll in coconut or nuts. |
