I think the year round school is a good idea actually. It is, but a lot of times here a/c fails and kids have to swelter in hot rooms. It can be miserable, plus you have sports going and, well.. it's just too dang hot..

That's true. And here in Northern Michigan summer is only about 6 to 8 weeks, so going to school during that time probably wouldn't be much fun.
