ironically, though i've been making something i came up with some time ago and have been calling eggs lorraine for years, i only just now googled it myself as well, to see if it was actually a thing. turns out it is, and not the thing i've been making. so, you won't be getting that. 
for now we'll just call it dub's lorraine. i'll have to put some thought into how to rename it later, if at all.
