thats what they should be doing if they want to give away plastic surgery, they should just take donations to cover full or partial cost for medically necessary plastic surgeries for so many ppl
that way it will give a chance for ppl who were badly injured that need surgery to repair damage to their bodies , or kids born with cleft lip or pallette can have that fixed. or dangerously obese ppl who need the surgery to save their life can have that chance they need.. |

Flatter belly... but, I don't think I would use it. Just because I can get a flatter belly by working out more than I already do. So, I would give it to someone who really wanted it or someone who really needed it.
