What kind of problems are we talking about here? I mean I am not trying to saying that should be a reason why a girl should not date somebody. But the problems could be too much for the other person. A little over whelming. Some people have there own bagage to deal with and just can not bare the thought of haveing to bare somebody else's. Not trying to sound harsh here. just trying to give you possibilities. I am sure that you are a really sweet person, I can tell that you are caring cause you are talking care of your grandmother. A d actions speak louder then words. Just keep your chin up and I am sure Ms Right For You is just around the corner. The street maybe seem a little long before you get to that corner. I disagree with you about the "bad boys" statement. First, some "bad boys" have bigger hearts than than the "preppy, nerd or professional" men. And this doesn't mean that they are mean either. They simply may look different...aka...have tattoos, ride Harleys, etc. The men that have been mean to me were not bad boys. So I think the generalization is way off.

Oh that's right, I forgot. I'm not acting desperate nor am I soliciting sympathy. And I'm not currently looking for a soulless mate! We've talked about this before niceguy. There's nothing wrong with you. You have many wonderful qualities and a great heart- it is in the right place. Its too easy to jump on that self pity train. Don't do it. Its never good. You have freinds and family that love you. Why can't you like yourself? As for dating sites its hit and miss. Check your expectations. What do you expect to accomplish here? Don't expect so much. Its not going to happen overnight or instantly nor will it instantly happen without being yourself and being a little more active here. So relax and have some fun!
