Much easier day, my bosses usually make lunch but I did today. Just waiting for them to call and say it's okay to come down for lunch. We're having Jamaican jerk chicken and black beans and rice.

Throw the chicken into some creamy sauce, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes

Thanks Larsi, that won't really work, it's still in the juices, and the oven is turned off so it should be okay. I offered to make it because they're so busy and we've been eating late. But still too busy.

Well it was either really good or everyone was starving because they all had seconds And the guys finished it off. I do believe I have my mojo back... Managing a household, attending to the guests, and cooking meals... Yay!!! Next time I add dessert
