Green tea is nice. I find it relaxes me. Nanny nap maybe later. I'm in the big smoke. So many things to see and do but it's raining so later I will have to sacrifice them and shop.

Yes it is. I drink less because the coffee affects the heart very much. I mean I drink 2 cups of coffee a day
