Woke up wide awake so I went for a walk down by the lake. It was pretty by the water with the moon shining on it. Too many street lights though to see the stars really good. I'm going to breakfast after the thread flips. Then heading to the mainland, I want to go to the Indian Village store. Then I'm going to explore the Island a bit. It's supposed to be sunny and warm today. How are you this morning?

Did they give you exercises to do at home? That would help lessen the pain after PT. Yeah I suppose so, it's not very busy here today anyways.

I noticed you said you woke up early P. You'll have to go to the north side of the island to get away from the lights. Wait till late next month, a lot of times you'll be able to see the northern lights.
